Pray From the Heart

Prayer is simply your heart talking to Gods. You dont have to use a certain language with "thous" and "thees" before he hears you. Talk to him as if he were right beside you, as you would a friend. Be yourself and be honest when you pray. "Lord, I am so hurt and angry at what happened today. You are the only one who knows what Im going through, and I need your help to get through this. Thank you for being there for me."

Philippians 4:6-7,"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
